Job Description
Our client in Madison, WI is seeking a permanent, full-time, Home Health LPN to join their team.
* Competitive compensation and benefits package
* Full-time, 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week
* WI or Compact RN License and BLS required
* Must have some previous Hospice experience
* HCHB and/or OASIS experience is highly desired
