LPN - PRN – Primarily Continuous Care (+ Extended Hours and Hope Kids Care Respite)
Positions will float to all nursing assignments in the organization as needed. Positions will be assigned to a primary team such as Hope Care Center (Hospice House), Facility, Home, Continuous Care or Care Services but may be trained and float to other areas to meet organizational needs. Must have flexibility to work variable 8 and 12 shifts - days, evenings or nights (Mon-Sun) and be willing to do Admissions or work on any Team or Hope Care Cener (Hospice House) at Hope. Scheduling to be completed 30 days in advance. Computer skills and minimum 1 year nursing experience required.
