Job Description
LPN – PRN - Continuous Care (+ Extended Hours and Hope Kids Care Respite)
Provide one-on-one care for a patient in their home or facility. Primarily for Continuous Care hospice patients but will work for Hope Visiting Nurses - Private Duty, Hope Kids Care (children with life limiting illnesses for respite care), and Extended Hours if no Continuous Care cases available.
Computer skills and minimum 1 year nursing experience required. Ability to work a flexible schedule required on an as needed basis that include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Scheduling to be completed 30 days in advance when possible. Must be available to work a minimum of 2 shifts per week and be willing to be trained and float to work other Hope Service areas to meet organizational needs.
