Job Description

LPN – Days - Hope Care Center (Hospice House) - Lehigh - (HHL)

Provide care for Hospice and PACE patients in our inpatient facility. Minimum 1 year nursing experience required and Florida LPN License. Computer skills and experience required. Rotation schedule – 4 days one week and 3 days the next week - Monday thru Sunday - 12 hour shifts = 84 Hours bi-weekly with every other weekend off. Shifts indicated below: Day shift = 7am-7:30pm or Night shift = 7pm-7:30am. Position is assigned to a primary hospice house but required to be trained and float to other areas/location to meet organizational needs.
