Job Description
Client seeking LPN Provider for nursing care services to clients. Also acts as a resource to center staff and provides oversight on projects. Job duties will include but not limit; Taking Vitals, Dressing wounds, applying compresses ice or heat, assist MD's with treadmills, collect samples such as urine, blood, and sputum for multi stix tests. Preferring previous experience in Occ Med. Must have a DEA and EMR experience.
