Job Description
NYS Contract Assignment
One year with possible extension
LPN coverage is needed to provide straight catheterization for one individual, mornings between 7am - 10am. The procedure is required once a day on Saturday, Sunday and holidays Additional service days and times may be required. NOTE: You will be paid a minimum of 1 hour for each visit.
Experience with developmental disabilities, Good communication, reliability and documentation skills. Able to provide catheterization, administer medications/including Insulin; G-Tube/J-Tube feedings; Respiratory treatments, Tracheostomy care/Suctioning, etc. Other duties as required.
