Job Description
Distinctive Home & Health Care is a leading provider of healthcare to serve military installations across the United States. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and support for each one of our clients.
Distinctive Home Care is currently seeking to hire a full time Licensed Practical Nurse to work Pain Management Clinic at Tinker AFB.
Responsibilities:
- Orients new patients into the clinic/hospital environment.
- Assists with patient check ins, admissions and discharges.
- Records treatment, procedure rendered and observed effects.
- Performs Central Sterile supply duties
- Provides individualized patient teaching on appropriate topics to include preventative healthcare and health maintenance
Qualifications:
- Graduated from an accredited national, state or military equivalent school for Practical Nursing
- Must have a current, active, valid, unrestricted license to practice as a LPN
- Must have at least 12 months of LPN experience in the past 24 months
