Job Description
About the POSITION:
Certified Nurse Midwife needed to join a Midwifery practice. Will work with 2 other CNM's.
The clinic is open 8am - 5pm M - F.
Call schedules are rotated among the midwives and average 8 to 10 days per month
On call schedule ranges from 2 to 3 successive days, 24 hours/day.
Midwifery provides prenatal care and GYN care for women of all ages. Midwifery partners with women to provide quality individualized care, guidance, information, support, and advice during all seasons of a woman’s life.
About the COMP & BENEFITS:
- Competitive base salary based on 1) median compared to two sources, 2) experience as an APP, 3) experience as an APP in the specialty
- Salary Range $90,000 to $120,000
- Plus productivity -or- quality bonus potential
- Plus eligible for merit based increase in conjunction with annual performance evaluation
