June 28 for 13 weeks
Shift schedule discussed directly with site
2 Providers needed for Non Profit Community Hospital
Provides antenatal, intrapartum, postpartum, family planning and general GYN services
Works with OB/GYN and Family OB
Covid test before arrival and 5 days after
Must have 2 years’ experience in Nurse-Midwifery
REQUIREMENTS:
HI Active State License
DEA
BLS
NRP
