Limestone Health - Opiate Treatment Program Dispensing Nurse

LPN or RN positions available

PRN or Full-time

Position Summary:

Recommends and oversees implementation of all medical policies and procedures for the Opiate Treatment Program, ensuring the safety and well-being of the clients utilizing programs. Acting as the agent of a practitioner licensed under state law and registered under the appropriate state and federal laws to administer opioid treatment medication.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required (LPN or RN).
  • Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing, valid driver's license preferred.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment


Experience:

  • Previous experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric. Must have strong clinical assessment skills.
