Job Description
Locum Source is working with a CTC clinic in Wisconsin that is looking for immediate APP Addiction Medicine coverage. The clinic is accepting Internal Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Psych Addiction Medicine, and Family Medicine providers.
DATES:
May 16 – Aug 19, 2022
SCHEDULE:
Monday , Wednesday, and Friday
5am to 12pm
SETTING:
CTC Outpatient
Solo provider and will act as medical director for the site
The site prescribes both Methadone and Suboxone
EMR is Methasoft
REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified
Active Wisconsin license
Suboxone waiver
Local candidates within driving distance
