Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner Locums Job in Oregon
Details/Requirements:
--Start as soon as credentialed
--Will provide care to patients admitted to acute-care hospital unit on campus with comprehensive history and physical, manage detox protocols and medical conditions from admit to the hospital unit through residential level of care and consult with in-house psychiatrist as needed
--Four days per week 8A-6P and occasional weekends will be required as part of regular schedule
--Night call is required on rotating basis. Night call is light and by phone-only.
--Expect 12-15 patient contacts per day combined in hospital unit, residential care or outpatient MAT clinic
--Active Oregon license required
--Active DEA and X Waiver required
