Job Description

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Integrated Behavorial Health/Addiction Medicine - New York (less than 1 hr of Albany, NY)

Our Healthcare Network, a rural academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of the University, is seeking an experienced full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our certified medical home team.

Pertinent Highlights Include:

  • Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm
  • Traditional Outpatient
  • Group employed model with competitive salary
