Overview
We are looking for passionate nurse practitioners who will help us fulfill our mission of Changing People’s Lives®. Limestone, a Springstone affiliate offers treatment services to individuals suffering from opiate addiction. We are seeking a nurse practitioner to practice with a highly engaged team to deliver best in class care.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to complete the health history and perform physical evaluations of patients at Limestone. You will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

Position Details
- Oversees the quality of care delivered to his/her patients.
- Assesses patient(s) and complete health history and physical evaluations in a timely manner. Addresses medical concerns at time of admission and throughout the patients’ treatment.
- Communicates medical decisions to staff to ensure appropriate care.
- Maintains patient confidentiality and complies with all HIPAA standards.
- Completes all documentation requirements legibly and within time frames established by Medical Staff Bylaws and Rules and Regulations.
- Participates in the multidisciplinary treatment team and participates collaboratively in scheduled staffing regarding the treatment of his/her patients.
- Demonstrates appropriate medication administration and ensures that documentation regarding medications complies with facility and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nurse practitioner program required; board certification preferred.
- Current unencumbered CNS or APN license in the state applicable to the facility
- CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) preferred and obtained within 30 days of hire. Successful credentialing with the facility.
