Job Description
Top-ranked Cardiac Surgery center in Boston, MA is looking for a PA or NP to join their team. This is a non-academic department so you don’t have to share responsibilities with Medical Residents.
A Few Details
- Experience working in a Cardiac ICU as an NP or PA is required, only exception is if you’ve done an ICU Residency
- Schedule: Work six 12 hour shifts in two weeks practicing 50% of your shifts in the ICU and the other 50% on the floor
- Procedures: The service performs a wide range of cardiac surgery, including minimally invasive, robotic, and trans-catheter valve replacement; Candidate must have solid experience placing Central and Arterial Lines, Swan Ganz catheter placement, chest tubes preferred; proficiency in ICU vasoactive medications and ventilator management
