Job Description
Full time position available, primarily days; weekends and holiday on call responsibility as per program policy.
Master’s degree and license as an NP required. Must be NY’S NP licensed or PA (or eligible). MS degree and 3-5 years APP experienced preferred.
In collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of care providers, the APP participates in the clinical of heart failure, ventricular assist device and transplant candidates.
Develops and presents educational programs for potential and actual recipients. Assist in the development of clinical practice guidelines and participates in program related quality assurance /performance improvement activities.
