Pallative Care Group is seeking a NP/PA is needed for an expanding clinic outside Chico CA For more info refer to job ID 66483
- A Fulltime Permanent position working 10 hour shifts ( Schedule to be discussed during the interview)
- The provider will be cononducting age appropriate assessments of patients, including history taking and physical examination, Performs assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and cognitive status, patient/family education, family involvement, and patient advocacy
- The strong support staff of MD's and advanced practitioners onsite
- Please have 2-5 years of related experience as a Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant in family practice, oncology, supportive and palliative care or hospice
- New graduates with extensive RN or clinical rotations in palliative care, hospice will be highly considered
- CA license in hand or in process
