Job Description

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Palliative Care & Symptom Management Program in Southern California supporting patients with cancer and other serious illnesses. The provider will work primarily inpatient as a consultative service, while also providing care in the associated outpatient oncology/palliative clinic. The program focuses on symptom management, advance care planning, goals-of-care discussions, treatment preferences, and transitions of care.


We are looking for an experienced Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider or experience in hospice, long term care, oncology, end of life care
