Job Details
- Full-time Monday-Friday. rotating call
- Provides primary care services for all ages in a federally qualified health center that provides primary and behavioral health care services.
- Behavioral health patients being seen at the clinic will be offered primary care services while waiting for intake. Approximately 15 patients per day will be seen.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (Adult or Family)
- The ideal candidate will have CT license in the process, or in hand, and a DEA(either have or obtain a suboxone waiver)
