Job Description
Top Health System in Southern Oregon is seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to join their Wound Care team. This WOCN provider will be specially trained in wound management, ostomy care, incontinence education, and percutaneous tube management. This provider will provide comprehensive and advanced treatment for chronic, non-healing wounds in the Wound Ostomy Clinic. Patients with complex and open wounds will be treated as well as patients with diabetes and hypertension. Wounds that will be treated are arterial and venous ulcers, diabetic ulcers, non-healing surgical wounds, and pressure wounds as well as traumatic wounds.
