Job Description

MDA is looking for for a PA or NP to cover a need at a government facility in AZ in the outpatient department.

Schedule is Monday - Friday from 8am to 5pm. Overtime may be required. 40 hours per week. No shift work; no holidays, weekends, or call.

Board Certified, unrestricted license in any state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a Territory of the US; DEA and BLS

Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months or more at a time. The assignment is for 8 months.
