- Outpatient, internal medicine practice
- Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends that will be discussed
- Please have at least 1 year of experience in Internal Medicine or Urgent Care
- CT license in process or in hand
- Main duties include detection and medical management of chronic health issues
- Primarily treating Adult-Geriatric patients
- Located right in the heart of Connecticut
