Job details:
- You will be providing Palliative Care services in an adult and pediatric homecare setting
- Hours will be Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm
- Working 20 hours per week
- Please have over 2 years of experience in a palliative/hospice care setting
- Ideal candidate will have a NH license in process or in hand
