(Archived) Critical Care NP/PA for Locums or Permanent Opportunity- OH
Job Description
NP/PA Coverage needed in two Dayton area ICUs starting Immediately
-For locums: Offering $110/hr+, as well as paid mileage, lodging and medical malpractice coverage
-Perm Offer TBD
Shifts: 10-12 shifts per month over the next 4-5 months
-Days and Night Shifts (must be willing to do both)
-Recent Critical Care experience required
-Should be comfortable with performing procedures independently as intubation and central line placement are required
-Top diagnoses: Sepsis/septic shock, overdose, DKA, respiratory failure, Acute MI (interventional cath lab on site)
-Facility can credential for temporary privileges in about 4-6 weeks upon receipt of completed application
Requirements:
For NP: ANCC or AANP - Required
For PA: NCCPA - Required
OH License at time of submission - Required
BLS, ACLS, ATLS - Required
Clean background & shorter work history or minimal number of locations (due to short credential time frame) - Required
Providers need to be able to cover 10-12 shifts per month on days or nights - Required
Local Providers (within driving distance) - Highly Preferred
Providers comfortable with performing procedures independently (intubation and central line placement) - Required
