Job Description
Large Post-Acute Care practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner in the Salt Lake City, UT area. Please read below for more details. If interested refer to JOB ID# 54530
- Flexible Monday- Friday schedule ( Will be discussed with the client)
- Duties will be to round in the SNF and Assisted Living Facilities
- You will see an average of 20-25 patients per day
- Please have prior Skilled nursing or Assisted Living experience as an NP
- UT license in hand or in process
- You will receive full benefits and 401K
- Salary is DOE- Typically around $120K-150K
