Experienced NP/PA – Critical Care Unit – New Haven County, CT
* Full time, 40-hour week
* Minimum 1-year experience as an APRN or PA within critical or intensive care, EM or UC required
* Effective onboarding with supportive ongoing mentorship
* LEAN process improvement to provide quality outcomes and enhance both the patient and provider
