Job Details
- Full-time, the clinics are open Monday-Friday 8a-6p
- Ability to work 5 8's or 4 10's working between two clinics 15 minutes apart
- Treat patients for psychiatric diagnoses such as mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance abuse
- Implement a plan of care for patients
- Consults with the physician regarding patient care
- Please have Board Certification as a PMHNP, Connecticut License in hand or process, DEA
