(Archived) Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) or (ACGNP) Locum Tenens

Cross Country locums is looking for a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse practitioners (ACNP) or (ACGNP) specializing in CV, Medical or Surgical ICU - Critical Care for a locum assignment in Los Angeles, CA.

• Assignment: As soon as credentialed - January 31, 2022.
• Reason for Need: A provider had a family emergency
• Desired Schedule: 3-12 hour shifts per week - night shift - 6p to 6a
• Scope of Work: Must be able to monitor critically ill patients 10 to 14 per day on average. Admissions or discharges. Must know how to insert central lines is essential & Arterial lines, monitor central lines, chest tubes, pull chest tubes, sutures, assisting with procedures like ECMO (they have surgeons & other team members) and doing intubations yourself.
• Requirements: CA license, DEA, ACLS, BLS - Board Certified ACNP or AGACNP prefers cardiac or surgical background NP or cardiac assessment
• EMR/EHR system: Cerner software
• Paid Weekly by Direct Deposit
