Stable and Growing health system seeks a Physician Assistant/PA-C or Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP to work in an Urgent Care/ED setting in Northern Minnesota! Grand Rapids/Virginia, MN area. Great outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking and recreation.

Benefits and Features:
- $120,000 – 135,000/year in salary, depending on experience

- Malpractice, tail coverage and Reimbursement for licensure fees provided
- PTO accrued at 4 weeks/yr, plus 7 holidays
- $3,500 and 6 days CME annually
Your Role with the Company:
- 12 hour shifts, flexible schedule: 9-9, 10-10, 11-11
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will split time 75% Urgent Care and 25% Emergency Department
- PA/FNP will see all ages averaging about 15-30 patients per shift
- Annual ED volume is 13,000 patients and ED Physician will always be available on site.

Located in northern Minnesota, 40 miles from Grand Rapids and 70 miles from Duluth, this community boasts great outdoors, fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing and recreation. The Mesabi Trail, 115 miles long, is great for biking, hiking, cross country skiing and snowmobiling. With a population of 16,000 residents, the community is home of the Hibbing Historical Society & Museum, Paulucci Space Theatre, Greyhound Bus Museum and the Bob Dylan Collection and Exhibit. The Hibbing high school was awarded the bronze medal for schools ranked based on their performance of state-required tests and how well they prepare students for college in 2017. - Physician Assistant/PA-C, APRN, Nurse Practitioner, Family Nurse Practitioner/FNP
- 2+ years of Emergency Medicine experience
- EPIC EMR experience is a plus
