Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner Needed in Southern, OR

*Full time and permanent position*

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner in our Emergency Department in Southern OR.

Seeking a full-time experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic group of physicians and advanced practice providers in our Emergency Services department. Our Emergency Department sees an average of 40K visits per year and provides services to patients in and around Josephine County.

Dedicated to nurturing, advancing and protecting the health of the people of Southern Oregon. With high quality services and the latest medical technology, our 125 bed hospital provides superb medical care with genuine human compassion.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

This is a full-time position working both 12 and 9 hour shifts, with a varying schedule.

License / Certification: Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN). Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges - this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by the Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years NP experience in an Emergency Department is required.
