Job Description
Critical Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed for ICU coverage of 3 twelves per week, every other week at a Central Valley medical center with 24/7 Intensivist coverage.
- CCM program size: 2 ICUs, 11 bed med/surg unit, 11 bed COVID unit
- Coverage needed: March 15 – ongoing, 3 twelves per week, every other week,
- Schedule: Every other Sat, Sun, Mon or every other Sun, Mon, Tuesday
- Hours: 7a-7p with possibility of 10a-10p
- Procedures: Dialysis catheters, intubation, central lines, chest tubes, vent management
- Support: Work alongside Intensivist with Anesthesiology and ER backup on procedures
- EMR: Cerner
- Experience: 3-5 ys of advanced practice ICU experience
- Requires: Active CA license, BC, DEA, BLS, ACLS
