Job Description
- Start Date
- December 16 - can be flexible
- Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
- Clinical Details
- Average of 5 patients per day in clinic
- Average of 1-2 calls when on 24 hr call
- Requirements
- Option for locums to permanent
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
- All ages
- DEA- WA address, or willing to switch
- BLS, ACLS, ATLS
- ER procedures- suture, splint, etc.
- Call
- Shared 1 in 3 days- must take ER call
- EMR
- Cerner
- Additional Details
- Provider must be able to work in a FM and ER setting
- Provider will also round in the hospital- minimal experience required
- Client will provide an apartment for housing
- Will cover travel/lodging
