Job Description
Wythe Physician Practices, Family Care Wytheville is seeking a VA licensed, certified NP for a full-time position in an outpatient-only established clinic. This position covers second shift Tuesday - Thursday (12:00 pm - 8:00 pm) and Saturday 9:00 - 5:00 pm, joining one other provider. The ideal candidate will have NP experience and be DOT certified, but new graduates will be considered. Would prefer an experienced candidate but would consider new grad with strong training/background. The clinic is newly renovated and within one mile of the main hospital campus.
The practice is located in the historic town of Wytheville, which is situated near picturesque lakes, rivers, and mountains that provide year-round recreational opportunities. This safe, friendly community is a great place to raise a family, yet close enough to larger cities for sporting events, the arts, and fine dining. Small town charm is easy to find in Wytheville where history and modernity coexist. Wytheville is located only one hour and fifteen minutes from Roanoke, VA, Winston-Salem, NC, and Bristol, TN with great access to Interstates 77 and 81.
