- Full-Tim/ Permanent
- Dayshift hours/ flexible schedule
- Providers primary role will be in the Walk-In clinic and secondarily working as a "Float" and provide coverage when needed in the primary care clinic
- Duties include; acute, episodic, or chronic medical conditions, assessments, diagnosis, implement treatment plans, and patient education
- NY license in hand or in the process
- Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a related setting
