Full time Nurse Practitioner needed for outpatient
private practice in Tinley Park, IL 60467, located 45 minutes SW of Chicago



NO WEEKENDS!! NO ON-CALL HOURS!!

Desired Qualifications:

* Will perform Trigger Point Injections, SI Injections, and large
joint injections Any and all training will be provided by our office.
* The Nurse Practitioner must provide
compassionate primary care services that promote, stabilize and improve the
health of our patients.
* Works in an independent and interdependent relationship with members
of the medical staff, to include consultation, collaboration, or referral.
* Responsible for providing a variety of professional and medical
services including administering physical examinations, ordering and
reviewing diagnostic tests and performing injections as dictated by the
M.D.
* Records physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based
on patient\'s condition.
* Discusses case with physician and other health professionals to
prepare comprehensive patient care plan.
* Submits health care plan and goals of individual patients for
periodic review and evaluation by physician.
* Delivers treatment and/or related therapeutic procedures.
* Facilitates evaluation of records by physician(s), peers, and
Quality and Standards according to protocols, and receives and implements
constructive directives.
* Previous experience with reading and reviewing the following:

Nerve Conduction Velocities (NCV)

Needle EMG

Vascular Studies
