Nurse Practitioner - (NP) Locum Tenens
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 40 Hours/Week
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner needed to work in an Electrophysiology Cardiology setting. This schedule will be part time inpatient and part time outpatient, and includes rounding on electrophysiology patients, as well as seeing them in the clinic setting and prepping for procedures.
Electrophysiology and Cardiology experience not needed but preferred. Client is willing to train the right candidate.
A nurse practitioner (NP)(locum tenens) is a registered nurse (RN) with specialization in a specific area of medicine, such as family medicine or pediatrics. A nurse practitioner has completed a master’s program in nursing and has earned board certification in a chosen specialty. An NP is able to provide a wide range of medical services, from conducting physical examinations and taking down patient history to performing more complex procedures such as bone marrow biopsies.
Required Qualifications
Certified NP or PA
Preferred Qualifications
Prefer WI license, but will consider licensing the right candidate. Prefer Electrophysiology experience or Cardiology experience.
