Job Description
NP/PA/MD needed for CHC on Long Island, NY
• FQHC located near Brentwood, Long Island
• March 21/28 - 3 months
• All ages preferred, but will take ADULTS ONLY
• M-F 9:00am-5:00pm
• 18-22 patients per day
• Outpatient primary care-no procedures
• There are physicians on staff here
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• Mileage/Parking and/or Public Transportation reimbursed
