(Archived) Nurse Practitioner needed for Family Practice in Hoosick Falls, New York
Job Description
Nurse Practitioner needed in New York for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and New York state license. Shifts will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm and shared call, approximately 1:15/2x a month is optional. Will see 10-15 patients per day, depending on the day and patient population is Pediatric through Geriatric. Rural location, so provider must be able see patients of all ages. - 4 days per week 8 am to 5 pm
- BLS, ACLS, Covid and Flu Vaccine
- 10-15 patients per day
