Locums – Socorro, New Mexico, Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner Opening

  • Monday- Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. (1 hour lunch from 12-1 PM)
  • Provider will be assigned a Certified Medical Assistant to assist with entering vital, patient history, medication reconciliation & much more
  • Provider will be asked to help with meeting GAPs and Care (Quality Indicators) on patients assigned to their panel
  • Providers schedules will be open to 15/18 patients per day- in 20-minute increments
  • Clinic is also set up with the IRIS interpreting system, to assist Medical Assistants and Providers with patients who are non-English speaking
  • The IRIS System is set up in every exam room computer to better assist
  • Provider who will be willing to help cover at the school-based health center on Monday and Wednesdays only from 8 AM To 12 PM
  • Provider will also be assigned to help cover other site on Tuesday and Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM
  • Mileage will be provided at .525 cents per mileage
  • Each provider will have a task box and a PAQ within Nextgen, that they will be asked to manage on a daily basis
