Job Description
Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for June 18, 22, & 25 at their Corporate Health center in Bloomington, IL. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Thursday 7:00am-3:00pm and Monday 6:00am-6:00pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break. No Occupational Medicine or women's health for locums providers. Staffing model is 1 provider and 2 Medical Assistants. Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment.
