Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: Sacramento, CA
Overview:
Our healthcare practice is seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner, whether a new graduate or experienced provider, to provide comprehensive care to children and adolescents. This role focuses on preventive services, routine visits, and management of acute and chronic conditions in a supportive clinical environment.
Position Offers:
• Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM schedule
• Competitive Compensation: $125,000–$135,000 per year (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform well-child visits, routine physicals, and preventive screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
• Manage chronic pediatric conditions and ongoing care plans
• Administer immunizations and preventive health services
• Conduct sports and school physical examinations
• Educate patients and families on health, wellness, and prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
