Job Description
Client seeks Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting June 8-September 7 at their Corporate Health clinic in Columbus, IN. Provider will see ages 2 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, chronic condition management, and wellness visits including well woman visits. Hours are Monday, Tuesday, & Friday 7:00am-6:00pm and Wednesday 8:00am-7:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break, and one Saturday every 4-6 weeks from 8:00am-12:00pm. Clinic uses Epic EMR system, and average patient load is 14-16 patients per day. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Experience with chronic conditions, acute visits, minor procedures, and pap smears is preferred.
