NOW HIRING: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Charlevoix, MI 49720 Area | Northern Michigan
Full-Time | Rural/Island Medicine
Looking for something completely different? We’re seeking an NP or PA for a unique rural healthcare opportunity serving a close-knit Lake Michigan island community.
Highlights:
• $110,000–$130,000 salary
• FREE housing for up to 1 year
• $1,000 relocation allowance
• Generally 3x8-hour clinic shifts/week + shared call
• 20 days PTO + 8 paid holidays
• Medical, dental & vision insurance
• SIMPLE IRA with employer match
• $2,000 CME allowance
• Licensure/certification expenses covered
• Only about a 15-minute flight to mainland Michigan
Candidates should be comfortable practicing with a high degree of independence. Rural health and emergency care experience are strongly preferred.
