Job Description
VISTA is working with the largest behvioral health provider in Utah in the recruitment of an experience Family Nurse Practitioner. A few details of this full-time, employed position:
*Practice as a solo-clinician in a new, state-of-the-art onsite employee clinic comprised of 3 MAs and an office manager servicing 300+ employees and their families.
*Contracted physician for consultation
*Experience in acute and chronic Primary Care
*Traditional face-to-face visits, telehealth and asynchronous medicine
*Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm; No on-call or weekends
*Active UT licensure or able to obtain
*Prescriptive authority from the Board of Medical Examiners is required
*Minimum of 2 years’ experience or more in family practice, acute and chronic care required
*Must be comfortable practicing as a solo provider
*Telehealth experience preferred
*Paid liability insurance; CME Reimbursement; Outcomes Incentives
