Nurse Practitioner needed for a 3 month locums assignment located about an hour from Flagstaff, AZ.
* Start date: ASAP for a 3 month assignment
* Hours: 8am-5pm; Monday through Friday
* Specialty: Family/Primary Care
* Requirements: Active AZ license, BLS/ACLS, DEA and prescriptive authority
* Compensation: Competitive compensation paid as an independent contractor. A++ claims made form malpractice insurance is provided by MDA
