Job Description
An established community health group, located near Durham, NC, is seeking an advanced practice provider, experienced in family medicine, to join their exceptional team in providing high-quality healthcare to under-served communities.
A Few Details
- Advanced practice provider position for family medicine
- Experience in primary care (post training) is required
- Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm schedule
- Treat an average of 18-22 patients per day
- Collaborate with other medical providers to assess, diagnose, treat and manage patient needs
- Group has a long history for providing quality care to under-served communities
- Centrally located in north-central North Carolina - roughly 40 minutes from Durham
