Job Description
Ghost Rxis looking to hire a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner to work as a civilian contractor at the Blanchfield Army Community Hospital Clinic, Fort Campbell, KY. Must have a current, unrestricted license in ANY STATE, territory or commonwealth of the United States, District of Columbia, Virgin Islands, Guam or Puerto Rico.
Tour of Duty:
01 October 18 - 31 December 18

Requirements:
- Shall have graduated from an accredited physician assistant program and shall possess the appropriate license from a United States jurisdiction that allows for the independent practice of clinical services.
- Be a graduate of a NP educational program
- Must have a BLS/BCLS/ACLS certification.
- Shall be required to meet Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements. The government will not reimburse for these costs.
- Shall be a U.S. Citizen or otherwise meet the requirements of AR 25-2.
Qualifications:
- Possess and maintain a current Drug Enforcement Administration registration number certificate to prescribe medication.
- Have a minimum of two years of experience within the last five years routinely practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner in rendering primary care medicine (i.e. family practice, general medicine, internal medicine.)
- Have and maintain a valid, unrestricted license in one of the 50 states in the U.S. or the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
- Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) required training for the position in which they will perform, and that training currency is maintained. Documentation of such training shall be provided to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Scope of Work:
- Shall be capable of performing the full range of general medical services to include the ability and experience to adequately diagnose and treat urgent/acute diseases and injuries.
- Must become familiar with the MTF formulary and prescribe pharmaceuticals according to the availability of drugs listed therein.
- Shall receive a general physical examination prior to commencement of services
