Job Description
Seeking any QUALIFIED NP's for straight locums instead of locums to perm (logistics covered)!! I highlighted some terms below of what would be considered "qualified" for this position.
Please note... Provider MUST be able to start by November 1, 2018 and commit to 3 months.

Is this home visits? Yes
Schedule: M-F; 8- 5
Ages seen: Primarily Geriatric Population
Daily Patient Load: Avg. 6-7 Patients/ day
EMR: Our Own
What type of experience & how many years experience? Board Certified Min. 2 years as an Adult; Geriatric or Family NP or PA-C
If locum, would you cover any logistics? Sacramento; Roseville or Elk Grove areas.
If PERM:
Salary Range: dependent on experience around 150K with Base +Bonus structure w/ great benefits (For your info only; Please gather salary info but DO NOT divulge salary)
