- Full time: 34 patient contact hours per week, 16-18 patients per day
- Outpatient Only
- ANCC or AANP certified family or adult geriatric Nurse Practitioner
- Confidence in independently managing a complex patient panel
- 3-5 years of experience in an outpatient primary care setting
- Call 1:8 telephone call only
- Strong sub-specialty support
