Requirements: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS
Description: The contractor shall perform outpatient Family nurse practitioner or physician assistant services in the delivery of patient care to the Indian Health Services. The contractor shall conduct outpatient clinics, make observations appropriate to the outpatients underlying disease and treatment plan, including current symptoms.
Schedule/Call: Mon-Fri 8 am- 5pm, overtime hours after 5 pm
Licensure: Any state license
Worksite: Chinle, AZ
Specialty: BC FNP or PA UC
